Bishop Joseph Osborn is the general overseer of Kingdom Life Chapel International (KLCI). He is an apostle with a dynamic preaching and teaching ministry, an anointed worshipper and prayer revivalist for his generation. He is also an anointed man of God called to reach out to nations and individuals with the glorious gospel of the Kingdom. God has commissioned him to take preaching, healing and deliverance (PHD Ministries) to the nations. Rt. Rev. Osborn is called with a passion to equip and develop individuals with kingdom principles that would challenge and enable them to pursue, achieve and fulfil their God-given destinies.

Mrs Louisa Osborn is the First Lady of KLCI. Mrs Osborn is Women's Coordinator of KLCI and oversees aspects of the activities of the church. She is the dynamic leader and organiser of Kingdom Women's conference and through her spiritual walk and academic endeavours she works to reconstruct family lives for the better. As a Pastor's wife, mother and author, she utilises all her skills to harmonise and support in developing lives in the body of Christ.
